There’s a guy who comes to city council and metro board meetings named “King Joseph Charles” who has “full impeachment powers of President George W. Bush empowered by the constitution” and insists that the mafia has infiltrated Metro buses and stolen his bus pass. He wants it back. Natty dresser, too. Bright green suit jackets with various ID badges pinned on the lapel. I think he’s one of the guys that leave crazy-ass handwritten messages pinned up on utility poles - I’ll have to e-mail you a scan. Is it SC@***.com or THESC@***.com?
